High Shutter Speed

posted in: Photography Techniques | 1

Lately I’ve been turning up my shutter speed on my camera, and capturing moments that you couldn’t with a low shutter speed. By doing this, I can capture smaller details in a photo.

Here are some of my photos that I used a high shutter speed while capturing.

In this picture, the high shutter speed shows the detail of the flour falling.

In this photo, the high shutter speed captures the movement of the material.
In this, the individual water drops are captured by the fast shutter speed.
The high shutter speed captures the feet jumping in this photo.

  1. Love it! I need to learn how to do this with my camera. Of course I’d also need a lesson in your creativity too. Nice job!
